Therapy Supervisor, Adult Home Health

Job overview

The Therapy Supervisor, Adult Home Health role is hybrid and based at a preferred Colorado office location: Aurora, Loveland, Westminster, or Colorado Springs. Compensation is $90,000–$105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Amazing Care provides in-home care to individuals and families, and this role supports its adult home health therapy services. The supervisor provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for a multidisciplinary team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. The role coordinates therapy across the patient service episode, supports clinician development, and promotes quality, compliant documentation and effective care delivery.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical guidance and support to PTs, OTs, and SLPs
• coach and support clinician development and onboarding
• coordinate therapy services from admission through discharge
• collaborate on patient status, scheduling, and care barriers
• support documentation and OASIS requirements
• reinforce clinical policies and regulatory standards
• coordinate coverage and clinician utilization
• contribute to quality and process improvement.
