The lead serves as an operational integrator and technical synchronization point, coordinating executive engineering rhythms, tasker workflows, governance documentation, and communications. This work helps leadership and program stakeholders track priorities, milestones, decisions, and controlled baseline materials.

What you'll do

• Manage weekly division staff meeting preparation and execution, including chart inputs, technical presentations, facility logistics, and pre-brief packages
• coordinate agency and directorate updates
• track and report technical milestone reviews and deliver executive summaries
• operate as the primary DTTE Action Officer in ETMS2 and drive taskers to closure
• route classified and unclassified tasking in accordance with handling guidelines
• coordinate media and public-release packages
• lead annual historical-summary collection and coordinate data calls
• integrate annual CARD updates and manage PESHE updates
• oversee baseline-document review, routing, and publishing
• maintain configuration-controlled archives.

Why this role

Requires active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline, and 10+ years of related professional experience. Requires experience with executive briefings, formal comment adjudication, DoD acquisition lifecycle documentation, Microsoft 365, and task-tracking systems.
