What you'll do

• Manage officer scheduling to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• hire, coach and manage officers and supervisors
• oversee payroll, performance and employee relations
• serve as primary client contact
• coordinate responses to escalated incidents and emergencies
• oversee training, safety, site standards and inventory.
