Staff Tax Accountant (CPA or Enrolled Agent) is primarily an onsite role in Brunswick, ME, with hybrid flexibility available after onboarding. The annual salary is $80,000–$90,000. Management Accounting serves individuals and businesses through advisory, bookkeeping, and compliance services. The accountant manages tax engagements and advises individual and business clients by preparing and reviewing returns, meeting compliance deadlines, and identifying tax-planning and process-improvement opportunities. The schedule is 50–65 hours per week from January through April and 30–35 hours per week from May through December; part-time or flexible arrangements are also welcomed for experienced candidates.

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns
• ensure federal and state compliance and meet deadlines
• communicate with clients and manage relationships
• identify tax-planning, advisory, and process-improvement opportunities
