The Vehicle Integration Project Coordinator is onsite in Foster City, California, five days per week, with occasional travel within the Greater Bay Area. Compensation is not specified. The coordinator manages and aligns the resources and activities needed for autonomous vehicle test campaigns. By coordinating test readiness, configurations, reporting, and issue resolution, the role helps engineering teams execute tests and work toward vehicle performance goals.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end management and coordination of an autonomous vehicle test campaign
• coordinate test resources, logistics, operators, technicians, test sites, and vehicle readiness
• coordinate charging, data ingestion, repairs, and updates
• manage hardware, software, and firmware configurations
• prepare daily test reports and dashboards
• support issue triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution
• develop and improve processes and test procedures
• lead or support vehicle development projects as required.
