What you'll do

• Assist with documentation compliance and implementation of regional policies and procedures
• support care planning
• make daily rounds to direct employee work and observe hazards or duty issues
• complete chart audits and report findings and recommendations to the Director of Nursing
• ensure infection-control practices
• communicate with families, residents, and staff
• perform other duties assigned by the DON.
