Parts Coordinator

What you'll do

• Research vendor inventory and pricing and provide quotes
• coordinate MSP and ERP systems
• manage the ConnectWise service board and parts ordering and receiving in JDE
• troubleshoot inventory and process errors
• process warranty and billable claims
• order parts and replacements
• coordinate vendor troubleshooting, returns, RMA requests, and return labels
• enter sales orders and purchase orders
• maintain customer tracking spreadsheets and departmental communications
• generate open-call and warranty labor remittance reports
• account for returns and credits.
