What you'll do

• Perform advanced CCTV monitoring and live tracking.
• Conduct archival video review and compile investigative packages.
• Coordinate multi-channel dispatch operations.
• Maintain detailed incident logs and alarm classifications.
• Escalate equipment malfunctions and conduct first-level troubleshooting.
