Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Respond to prospective resident inquiries and schedule appointments
• welcome prospects and explain apartment and community features
• process applications and verification forms
• coordinate approvals and move-ins
• maintain lease, renewal, deposit, and waiting-list records
• receive service requests
• inspect model and market-ready apartments
• prepare marketing and leasing reports
• conduct outreach and market surveys
• follow applicable fair housing and leasing laws.
