What you'll do

• Process teller transactions and resolve basic customer inquiries
• identify and refer sales opportunities while following compliance standards
• use computer and transaction scanner to process account activity and resolve issues within authority
• answer and direct telephone calls
• perform notary duties after becoming an Indiana Notary Public
• may assist with reports, vault opening and balancing, and routine correspondence
• maintain files and distribute supplies
• follow bank policies and applicable banking laws.
