BOY Facilitator, West Washington

The BOY Facilitator role is onsite at the West Washington location in West Bend, WI, and pays $18 per hour. The Kettle Moraine YMCA’s BOY program serves boys in grades 5–8 with life-skills discussions and activities. The facilitator administers the program curriculum and leads group discussions that help participants build healthy life skills, self-esteem, friendships, and readiness to face life challenges. The role also supports planning, research, and participant reporting under the Mental Health Manager.

What you'll do

• Administer the BOY curriculum and lead group-based discussions
• attend planning sessions as required by the Mental Health Manager
• research topics for program meetings
• commit up to three hours to the program every other week, including program and planning time
• track participant numbers for reporting to Mental Health Leadership
• perform other assigned duties.
