MEP/FP Project Manager

The MEP/FP Project Manager role is hybrid in Woburn, MA. Salary is $110,000–$160,000 per year, with a quarterly discretionary bonus. The position exists to lead engineering projects from kickoff through completion, balancing delivery, client satisfaction, schedule, and financial performance. It contributes by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project risks and scope, and supporting construction-phase execution and future business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout
• develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• monitor scope, schedule, and financial metrics
• manage risks, changes, and out-of-scope requests
• serve as primary contact for clients and project stakeholders
• coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliverables
• support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and field activities
• provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
