What you'll do

• Lead and develop Post Production teams

• work with business partners on systems, metrics, reporting, and staffing models
• lead onsite personnel at third-party production locations
• manage internal and external vendor quality
• establish partner relationships
• execute change initiatives and process rollouts. Travel up to 80% is required.
