What you'll do

• Plan and execute reviews, negotiations, and execution of non-standard contracts
• set and communicate review deadlines
• maintain accurate contract and risk documentation
• work with technical staff to mitigate high-risk contract language
• maintain and analyze review information in Smartsheet
• lead project-specific strategy meetings and contract reviews
• resolve day-to-day and complex matters
• apply best practices
• research trends and support industry compliance. May supervise and guide less experienced staff.
