What you'll do

• Receive, log, and route support calls
• troubleshoot desktop, network, and remote connection issues
• train users
• maintain technical documentation
• perform hardware maintenance and repair
• evaluate, install, configure, and test hardware and software
• administer user security
• support data integrity
• coordinate equipment, licensing, inventory, and assets
• travel to health center locations when necessary.
