What you'll do

• Lead assigned shifts and support restaurant operations
• provide guest service and resolve concerns
• train and coach team members
• maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness and brand standards
• assist with cash handling, inventory, opening and closing, and shift documentation
• monitor labor and restaurant activity
• support sales and operational goals
• participate in community marketing, local outreach, catering lead generation and events.
