Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist role is based onsite in Norwood, MA, supporting an assigned cluster of communities or a single sales-challenged community. Compensation is not specified. The role reports to the Regional Director of Sales and supports assisted-living community sales efforts. The position aims to increase occupancy and revenue by generating leads and professional referrals, converting leads into tours and move-ins, and implementing sales systems. It may also fill in as a Director of Community Relations when a sales position is open or another salesperson is away.

What you'll do

• Help develop and maintain marketing and sales action plans for assigned communities
• participate in weekly sales calls
• build relationships with leads and address objections
• generate community leads and professional referrals
• manage sales data in the CRM and weekly dashboard
• plan, market, and host community and off-site events
• educate the community about the organization
• support occupancy and sales productivity goals
• participate in local networking.
