Senior CNC Operator / Machinist III — Swing Shift

The Senior CNC Operator / Machinist III role is onsite in Rancho Cordova, CA, on swing shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Compensation is $28.30–$39.10 per hour, with a 15% swing-shift differential ($32.54–$44.97 per hour) and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The role supports a manufacturing team producing precision parts. The machinist sets up, programs, and operates CNC mills and lathes to produce accurate parts. The role contributes to production quality and efficiency by interpreting specifications, inspecting output, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating on machining processes.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and prove out CNC mill and lathe programs
• program and edit with Mazatrol, Fanuc, and/or G-code
• operate VTL, Mazak, and BTH machines
• interpret blueprints and GD&T
• load tooling and set offsets
• inspect parts
• troubleshoot and optimize equipment
• monitor coolant and oil
• deburr and finish parts
• communicate issues
• assist with fixtures
• maintain a safe, organized work area.
