Customer Service Specialist

Job overview

The Customer Service Specialist role is hybrid in Chandler, AZ, with three days onsite and two remote after training. Pay starts at $21 per hour. The role reports to the Customer Logistics Manager at TDP Bakery’s corporate office and supports customers, stores, and internal teams. The specialist resolves service issues and coordinates order, delivery, routing, and product-quality information. Accurate communication, reporting, and follow-through help maintain daily operations and improve the customer experience for the bakery’s retail partners.

What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, routing, and product quality
• manage shared inbox and phone support
• document and escalate recurring issues
• monitor driver feedback and daily operations
• coordinate routing and volume changes
• prepare weekly service reports
• communicate updates to stores and support manual order entry
• assist with onboarding, product launches, and market initiatives
• lead weekly market meetings and track action items.

Why this role
