The technician will diagnose issues, develop treatment plans, and provide excellent customer service.

What you'll do

• Complete award-winning training
• Prioritize safety
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and ensure satisfaction
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer's property
• Communicate with customers
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
