The team member prepares ingredients and food, roasts proteins and vegetables, washes dishes, supports line service, and maintains food safety and sanitation. The role contributes to consistent, timely meals and a clean, organized kitchen through collaboration with the team.

What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients, produce, and proteins for the line
• roast proteins and vegetables
• wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• support line service by assembling and plating orders
• prepare orders quickly and accurately
• help test new menu creations
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• maintain a clean, organized workstation
• collaborate with team members.
