Development Manager, Fundraising and Donor Operations

The Development Manager role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA, with two to three days in the office. Salary is $75,000–$85,000 per year. Mission Graduates supports under-resourced youth and families through programs from kindergarten through career. The role manages donor relations, fundraising operations, and events so the organization can cultivate and steward supporters and sustain its programs. It also maintains donor systems and reporting that support the Development team and organizational leadership.

What you'll do

• Track donor and corporate partner cultivation and giving
• research prospects
• coordinate multi-channel fundraising campaigns and annual appeals
• manage anniversary mailings and lapsed-donor outreach
• acknowledge gifts within 48 hours
• prepare reports and dashboards
• reconcile gifts
• implement fundraising events and support donor gatherings
• manage Salesforce and fundraising platforms
• maintain data integrity
• train Development team members on Salesforce and processes.
