What you'll do

• Supervise daily bakery operations and employees
• train, coach, mentor, and support team members
• prepare schedules and monitor attendance
• ensure product freshness, quality, presentation, and availability
• manage ordering, inventory, product rotation, waste, and shrink
• receive and verify products and supplies
• support promotions, sales goals, and customer service
• maintain accurate pricing and labels
• keep bakery and storage areas clean and organized
• follow food-safety standards and company procedures.
