Production Sanitation Technician – 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Sanitize processing and production equipment using approved chemicals and methods
• follow SOPs and daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists
• test detergent concentrations and document results
• track and restock cleaning supplies
• support recycling with crushers after training
• wear required PPE and follow chemical-handling and food-safety expectations
• cross-train on machinery and assist with assigned tasks.
