What you'll do

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
• Identify and remedy customer-perceived issues.
• Review requested services with the customer.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
