What you'll do

• Provide property tours, answer inquiries, and promote community amenities
• communicate apartment benefits and guide prospects through applications
• process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements
• coordinate apartment inspections and move-in readiness
• address resident concerns and handle lease renewals
• maintain resident records
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• monitor market trends and competitor properties
• support community events and resident engagement.
