What you'll do

• Lead project transitions from preconstruction to operations
• establish Project Services team deliverables and ownership
• create and maintain dashboards and trackers for budget, procurement, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and BIM/VDC deliverables
• coordinate vendor outreach and early procurement
• lead weekly internal meetings
• oversee change management tracking
• partner with Procurement, Cost Controls, Scheduling, and VDC
• coordinate forecasts and monitor labor trends
• maintain documentation and Procore updates
• support onsite project managers with risk analysis
• manage closeout, punch lists, inspections, commissioning, warranty issues, and project archives.
