What you'll do

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to production and catering sheets
• assist with production planning
• follow approved recipes, production standards, and equipment procedures
• complete production records and report low supplies
• maintain food presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
• follow sanitation and food-safety requirements
• clean equipment and workstations
• assist customers and relay concerns to supervisors
• complete assigned shift work.
