The Senior AI Workflow Scientist role is onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. The annual base salary range is $187,000–$221,000, excluding discretionary bonus compensation. What you'll do

• Perform exploratory data analysis on large datasets to produce operational insights and address Requests for Information
• modernize analytic workflows with automated AI-powered solutions
• use Python and PySpark for big-data analytics and processing
• build, train, and evaluate machine-learning and deep-learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn
• apply retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, or LoRA architectures
• communicate findings through technical documentation, reports, whitepapers, briefing decks, and operational briefings.
