What you'll do

• Assist with preparing and baking pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts
• support mise en place for restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining
• follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• maintain an organized workstation
• follow food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
• label and rotate food
• use equipment safely
• assist with seasonal and special-event pastry preparation
• and communicate with the team.
