IT Engineering Specialist — Endpoint Management (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Administer endpoint services across Microsoft Intune, MECM/Configuration Manager, Jamf Pro, Entra ID, Apple School Manager, and related technologies
• manage provisioning, enrollment, configuration, compliance, application delivery, OS updates, security remediation, inventory, and device lifecycles
• troubleshoot complex Windows and macOS issues
• develop scripts, tools, reports, and workflows
• validate policies, applications, updates, and provisioning changes
• maintain documentation
• support ServiceNow incident, problem, and change management
• provide training and knowledge transfer.
