Engineering Systems Administrator

The Engineering Systems Administrator role is onsite in Woodridge, IL. Compensation is $100,000 to $115,000 per year. The role supports engineering software and platforms in a manufacturing environment. The position exists to keep CAD and engineering applications reliable and useful for engineering teams. It administers Creo, EPLAN, and connected systems, supports implementation and upgrades, resolves user issues, and maintains configurations and documentation.

What you'll do

• Administer Creo, EPLAN, and related engineering applications
• troubleshoot technical and functional issues for engineers and designers
• support EPLAN implementation through configuration, testing, validation, and user support
• maintain configurations, templates, libraries, naming conventions, and engineering standards
• support connections among Creo/EPLAN, Windchill, ERP, and other systems
• assist with upgrades and releases, testing, user acceptance, training, and rollout
• identify recurring issues and workflow improvements
• develop user guides and support documentation
• coordinate with vendors and internal teams on complex issues.
