What you'll do

• Travel to customer sites to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs
• respond to breakdowns
• conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
• document repairs, parts, labor, and equipment condition
• communicate service status with customers and branch personnel
• maintain a stocked service vehicle
• follow safety requirements
• assist with equipment setup, recovery, delivery, or pickup as needed.
