What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site procedures, access control, and appropriate emergency response
• respond to incidents and medical emergencies according to protocols
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter
• monitor visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report unusual conditions
• prepare accurate reports and communicate with site personnel and emergency responders.
