What you'll do

• Handle consumer-finance disputes under FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, TILA, RESPA, ECOA, UDAAP, and related statutes
• draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• manage discovery, ESI, depositions, and expert coordination
• develop litigation and settlement strategies with senior counsel and clients
• supervise paralegals and junior associates
• communicate with in-house counsel and business stakeholders.
