What you'll do

• Lead a crew of two to five using hand tools and walk-behind equipment
• set route priorities and work standards
• coordinate with dispatch and property contacts
• train and support crew members
• manage salt, blowers, and hand tools and report repair needs
• transport crew and equipment between sites
• respond to storms on nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts as needed.
