Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Review and process non-PO invoices
• code expenses to general ledger subaccounts across entities, cost centers, departments, and locations
• research and document intercompany chargebacks and exceptions
• maintain vendor and expense records
• review OCR-populated invoice fields for accuracy and compliance
• coordinate questions with supervisors
• support AP centralization and international entity integration
• assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
