What you'll do

• Create and deliver onboarding, orientation, and skills training
• prepare training materials and maintain training records
• track training and policy compliance
• evaluate program effectiveness
• recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring
• conduct or obtain background checks and eligibility verifications
• administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, investigations, performance, recognition, safety, and training
• respond to employment-related inquiries and refer sensitive matters appropriately
• participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
