What you'll do

• Handle settlement transactions, including preparing and approving settlement statements and coordinating deeds
• verify loan, insurance, seller, and contract documents
• obtain signatures and explain documents as needed
• facilitate questions among transaction parties
• collect and disburse funds in accordance with applicable statutes and guidelines
• review quality assurance reports and resolve issues
• coordinate information with Recording and Accounting
• address post-closing issues and follow workflow processes.

Why this role
