Lead Cultivation Associate

What you'll do

• Lead and pace Cultivation Associates through watering, feeding, transplanting, pruning, defoliation, cleaning, and basic equipment maintenance. Support cloning, sanitation, room preparation, flower room operations, harvest, and post-harvest activities. Monitor grow rooms and environmental and irrigation systems
• inspect for pests and apply treatments according to SOPs. Track plant material and waste, maintain plant health, coach team members, and support safety, sanitation, and biosecurity initiatives.
