What you'll do

• Prepare, enter, review, and validate regular, off-cycle, correction, bonus, commission, and final payroll data
• review time records, employee changes, earnings, deductions, and direct deposits
• maintain payroll calendars and documentation
• coordinate payroll funding, pay statements, bank files, and vendor transmissions
• reconcile payroll registers, deductions, tax reports, deposits, benefit interfaces, and general ledger outputs
• research variances
• prepare reports and support quarter-end, year-end, audits, and employee communications
• maintain payroll data in HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems
• recommend process improvements.
