Customer Service Representative

The role exists to resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly while supporting sales and the company’s business results. Product knowledge and coordination with the sales team help the representative provide useful answers, accurate quotes, and correctly entered orders.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls about products, services, and customer concerns
• maintain professional customer relationships
• respond to customers by email or voice message within four business hours
• provide quote information within eight business hours
• enter orders accurately
• coordinate with sales to stay current on product knowledge
• solve customer problems.
