What you'll do

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes and cookies according to recipes and standards
• measure and mix ingredients, monitor baking times and temperatures, and decorate baked goods. Maintain a clean, organized work area and functioning equipment, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, assist customers when needed, and keep current with baking techniques.
