Veteran Career Services Navigator – HVRP

The Veteran Career Services Navigator – HVRP role is onsite in Spokane, WA, with stated pay of $25.00 per hour. Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest works with veterans through the Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP), serving veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The navigator provides individualized employment-focused case management to help participants identify work goals, address barriers, and secure sustainable employment. The role coordinates career services, training, employer connections, community referrals, placement, and follow-up while documenting participant progress and program outcomes.

What you'll do

• Conduct outreach, recruitment, intake, eligibility screening, and enrollment
• develop and update Individual Employment Plans
• provide career counseling, case management, and job-readiness support
• address employment barriers and coordinate referrals
• connect participants with community resources
• coordinate training, OJT, apprenticeships, and work-based learning
• build employer relationships and support job placement and retention
• document employment and program outcomes
• maintain case files and participate in outreach and program activities.
