What you'll do

• Establish and maintain client relationships
• collect and deliver specimens, documentation, and reports in accordance with laboratory procedures
• maintain client inventory of collection supplies and materials
• orient and support doctors and medical-office staff
• record client interactions and transactions
• protect patient information
• follow safety, infection-control, specimen-collection, and blood-borne-pathogen guidelines
• identify potential customers and refer them to the Sales Team
• participate in performance-improvement, continuing-education, and safety programs
• travel to assigned territories.
