The Concrete Project Manager 1 role is onsite at project sites and the office in Austin, TX. Pay is $105,000–$130,000 per year, based on experience. The role provides project leadership for a commercial general contractor with more than 100 years of history building complex projects. The Project Manager directs project operations and administration, partnering with the Project Superintendent to deliver work safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role coordinates clients, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff from preconstruction through closeout.
