Shift Leader

What you'll do

• Manage front- and back-of-house employee performance
• provide initial and ongoing training
• recognize employee performance
• complete operational checklists, including line checks, opening and closing lists, and safe and deposit logs
• manage guest experience metrics
• maintain food safety standards
• onboard and train employees
• follow food ordering and inventory procedures
• follow cash policies
• manage daily labor.
