What you'll do

• Greet customers and write repair orders
• review digital vehicle inspections and explain recommended repairs
• sell needed repairs and maintenance with integrity
• dispatch work and prioritize the technician board
• track productivity and workflow
• update customers
• document approvals and conversations
• make follow-up calls
• handle concerns and escalations
• coach newer advisors
• stay current on repair procedures and vehicle technology.
