What you'll do

• Handle guest registration, room assignments, and special requests
• pre-register guests, block reservations, and take same-day and future reservations
• process check-ins and check-outs according to cash and credit policies
• respond to inquiries and resolve complaints
• cancel reservations and walk customers according to procedures
• audit, balance, and report outlet and front desk transactions
• prepare room statistics and daily revenue and settlement reports
• run the nightly audit
• perform Front Desk Clerk duties, including express checkouts.
