What you'll do
- Perform clinical laboratory testing independently
- receive and process patient specimens
- interpret and report accurate results
- troubleshoot testing and instrumentation issues
- perform routine instrument maintenance and calibration support
- assist with QA/QC documentation and quality monitoring
- update laboratory procedures
- follow safety and departmental protocols
- assist with supply ordering and inventory
- communicate technical issues to laboratory leadership.

Why this role
